Dryer & Mixing Unit:
Rotating cylindrical drum is mounted on chassis and fabricated from steel plates. The electronic high pressure jet burner is fittled on the structure from where cold aggregate is fed into the drum and controls temperature automatically. The themodrum is divided into two zones i.e. radiation and coating zone. The diverider plate is provided before coating themodrum. Cyclone type dust collection system and exhaust fan is provided.
